Would you like to share your experiences, knowledge and skills with students? Become a mentor for the international degree programme students of Eastern Finland in spring 2024. The students applying for the programme, i.e. actors, represent different study fields and several nationalities.

A mentor is a professional who can support and offer career perspectives to future talents.

Mentoring provides the mentor with new perspectives and fresh knowledge from the actors’ study fields, professional networking, coaching and interaction skills, and the opportunity to learn about different cultures.
