
Savonia Stage: Time of Flight camera in co-operation with robot arm
This demonstration presents the application of Time of Flight camera technology with cobot technology already in common use in industry

Basler blaze-101 camera, Niryo NED2 robot, Python programming language.
Basler blaze-101 is a Time-of-Flight camera, meaning that the frames taken by the camera contain depth information. Height accuracy of the ToF camera is +/- 5 mm and working range 0,3 – 10 m. The camera takes a shot of workspace and detects objects within the space. Python program was developed to establish communication between ToF camera and Co-operating robot arm. Camera information about the height and position of the objects are sent to the cobot. According to the information available cobot move the stacked objects on the conveyor belt.
