Timetable for the Joint Application spring 2025
- Joint Application period is from 8 to 22 January 2025.
- Application form must be submitted in StudyInfo.fi by 22 January 2025 at 3:00 p.m. Finnish time
- Starting from 1 Jan 2025, applicants from outside the EU, EEA or Switzerland are required to pay an application fee in order to apply to higher education studies. Please, read more information about the application fee on Studyinfo.
- Required attachments must be uploaded to the application form by 29 January 2025 3:00 p.m. Finnish time.
- if you have already graduated, copies of final certificates
- if you will graduate after the application period, copy of your latest transcript or other statement from your school
- copies of official translations of your certificates/transcripts if they are not in English, Finnish or Swedish
- a copy of a passport (biometric or non-biometric) or a biometric EU/EEA identity card
- a proof of English language skills
- Students are selected on the basis of International UAS Exam. The International UAS exam is organized on 1 April 2025.
- Results of the student selection will be published by 28 May 2025.
- Admitted students must confirm their study place by 10 July 2025 at the latest, or if accepted from the waiting list in June or July, within 7 days of being accepted as a student.
- The waiting list is valid until 5 August 2025 3:00 p.m. Finnish time. If the group becomes full before that, the waiting list can be deactivated earlier.
- Those who are obligated to pay the tuition fee will receive instructions on how to pay the tuition fee.
- Studies will begin in the end of August 2025.
