| Description | The Umppari Project provides extra training for farmers and stakeholders concerning the production conditions, care and feeding of dry cows. The Project organizes in-service training, seminars and trips for learning new treatment methods, operation models, building solutions and for sharing experiences. The aim of the project is to improve the welfare of dry cows and give advice for dairy farmers to organise the work and to improve the economical result.
