| Description | Digitization is an essential tool for the change in the social and health care sector. Populations health, welfare and
ability to function can be improved by technology. Digitization creates opportunities to produce health services in new ways. The mobile technology applications can help the user in making decisions and in self-management. Health games motivate and inspire the users in rehabilitation. Robotics can be utilized for many purposes. Videoconferencing technology can increase the elderly users' sense of security, life management, and ability to function and to enrich their daily life. Digitization changes the health services as a whole. The roles of the customer and the professional, duties and qualifications change. For this reason improving the know-how of both, the customers and professionals is important. eProfessional is the person, who will supervise and educate both customers and staff in the future. The aim of this project is to recognize and visualize what eProfessionalism is, create a new digital learning environment for further training, improve digital know-how in social and health care by coaching professionals and employee in a new way. Build new digital services and products to be used in reformed and modernized filed of social and health care, promote co-operation between social and health care sector and regional health-technology start-ups and integrate development work in to social and health care education. The duration of the Project Pohjois-Savo DigiSote is 28 months (1.9.2016 - 31.12.2018) and the work plan of the project is composed of three work packages (WPs). The contents of the main work packages are: 1. The future workshops - scenarios about the future of digital social and health care and the necessary future competencies 2. Agile piloting - to create, build and pilot new digital services and products for social and health care area 3. eProfessionalism - tasks and know-how of the eProfessional, coaching products and a new digital learning environment for further training |
| Partners | Hankkeen hallinnoija on Savonia-ammattikorkeakoulu. Osatoteuttajia ovat Lapinlahden kunta ja Savon koulutuskuntayhtymä.
Yhteistyökumppaneita ovat Sensoftia Oy, Lapinlahden Virkku Oy, Ylä-Savon SOTE kuntayhtymä, Pohjois-Savon Liitto; STM:n I & O kärkihanke sekä Kehitysyhtiö SavoGrow Oy. Hankeyhteistyötä toteutetaan Pohjois-Karjalan DigiSote -hankkeen sekä Etelä-Savon ja Kainuun vastaavien hankkeiden kanssa. Muita yhteistyötahoja ovat kolmannen sektorin toimijat, kuten Seniorien ATK-yhdistys Savonetti ry Kohderyhminä ovat: - sosiaali- ja terveysalan ammattilaiset Pohjois-Savon alueella, erityisesti Lapinlahden kunnan, Ylä-Savon SOTE kuntayhtymän ja Kysteri liikelaitoksen henkilöstö sekä yksityisten terveyspalvelujen tyottajayritysten ja hyvinvointiteknologiayritysten työntekijät - Savonia-ammattikorkeakoulun ja Savon koulutuskuntayhtymän sosiaali- ja terveysalan opiskelijat ja opettajat - Palvelu tulevaisuuteen: eMaaseutu -hankkeen toimijat, Savonetti ry:n vertaisohjaajat - kokeiluihin ja hankkeen kehittämistyöhön osallistuvat asiakkaat ja kansalaiset Pohjois-Savon alueella. |
