| Description | Ravinnerenki will focus on to enhance efficient use of manure on dairy farms and thus diminish the nutrient runoff from farming. Different practices (manure separation, biogas production, manure spreading etc.) are tested in the Eastern Finland and practical information on the best practices will be disseminated to the farms by advisory visits, demonstrative events, guidance material and farmhouse meetings. Also financial and environmental effects of different practices will be estimated on the farm level. |
